Does CloudOS have a wallet function?

CloudOS 7.0 is equipped with a wallet function, yet it has not been connected to any payment channels at present. Administrators can only manually enter amount information for fee deduction. A user's wallet function will only be activated if the resource access method configured for the user is set to Paid (the alternative method is Application).
