Under what circumstances does CloudOS 7.0 support virtual machine migration？

1. Ordinary users (i.e., tenants or project members) do not have direct operation permissions to migrate virtual machines on the user console. 

2. O&M operations such as virtual machine migration, reconstruction, and cross-cluster/cross-storage migration are mainly performed by administrators with O&M permissions on the integrated operation and management platform.

3. Virtual machines cannot be migrated across CVK nodes (or are subject to restrictions) under the following circumstances: abnormal virtual machine status, virtual machines used for creating images, virtual machines on CVKs that have entered maintenance mode, virtual machines with pass-through GPUs mounted, virtual machines using local disks, and virtual machines using pass-through CPU mode where the CPUs of the source and destination CVKs are of different generations.
